Terms of Service

Sky Media Now provides digital marketing services, including social media management, SEO and content, paid advertising, short-form video, LinkedIn growth, and web development. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or service agreement between you and Sky Media Now, which takes precedence over these Terms where they conflict.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Site. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any connected systems.

Fees for services are outlined in your proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Late payments may result in a pause of active work until the account is brought current.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Sky Media Now and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Deliverables produced for a client under a paid engagement transfer to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise stated in the service agreement. Sky Media Now retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless a client requests otherwise in writing.

Our services may involve third-party platforms (e.g. Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok). Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account actions taken by third-party platforms.

Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes. While we work diligently toward agreed goals, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or other outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sky Media Now shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement is limited to the amount paid by you for that engagement in the preceding three months.

Either party may terminate an active engagement in accordance with the notice period set out in the applicable service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
